1. What is the cost of the reunion?
The all inclusive fee per person (4 nights and 5 days) for the 35th reunion is $600 per classmate and $550 per guest; children are $250 for the whole package. Housing is additional $160 per person. Per day pricing will also be available. The reunion fee covers all events, meals, beverages, transportation and commemorative gifts for all members of your family. The fee is considerably less than the actual cost of the Reunion thanks to a generous subsidy from the University.
2. When can I sign up for the reunion?
You will receive a registration packet, including a more detailed schedule of the reunion, in early April. At that time, you will be able to sign up for the reunion and for on-campus housing. Confidential financial assistance is available. Please submit a request in writing, outlining your financial needs and how much you are able to cover. Requests can be submitted to:

3. Where will we be staying?
We encourage you to stay on campus with the rest of us. 35th Reunion attendees are housed in the River Houses with some housing in the Yard given to families with young children. Reunion attendees from previous years often comment on the richness and significance of casual encounters with classmates and others in the dorms, at breakfast and night caps. You may have fond memories of your old rooms, but they may not be as grand as you remember. Dormitories are not the equivalent of motels or hotels. There are no television sets, air conditioners, clocks, fans or radios. You will be sent information on rental items with the final registration mailing in April. You will be provided with linen, towels, pillows and a lightweight blanket. If you prefer to stay in a hotel or bed and breakfast, we suggest you start calling around sooner than later. Many of the area hotels are close to capacity, if not already full. We are not able to get room blocks for the 35th Reunion.
4. Can I bring my children?
Please do!? While you are enjoying your reunion activities, your children will be having a unique experience of their own meeting new friends, exploring Harvard University and sampling the best of what Boston has to offer as a part of the 25th Reunion Children’s Program. There will be approximately 800 sons and daughters from 18 months to adult. The program is carefully managed and organized to ensure their safety and enjoyment.

Sons and daughters are assigned to groups according to their age: Rainbow (18 months - 3 years), Canary (4-5 years), Grape (6-8 years), Red (9-10 years), Blue (11-12 years), Green (13-14 years), Orange (15-17 years), and Young Adults (18+ years). We regret that we cannot provide care for children under 18 months of age at the time of the reunion. Sons and daughters in each group are assigned to specific counselors (undergraduate Harvard students) who you will meet when your children first join their groups. Each group has its own headquarters and scheduled activities, as well as some all-family get together.

Please note that the Children’s Program is a completely separate program of events and that your children will be with their corresponding age group throughout the reunion and not at the 35th Reunion Adult events.

5. What if my children have final exams?
As a special service for students, we have arranged for proctored examinations to be administered through the Harvard Summer School.
6. I/My child/My guest needs extra care. Can he/she still attend the reunion?
Please call or write to the Reunion Office as soon as you know you are definitely attending the reunion to let the office know what you or your child/guests's special needs are. Efforts will be made to accommodate all needs. However, please note that our Office of Disabilities will not provide one-on-one assistance to any attendees. If you or your child/guest requires one-on-one care throughout the day, please consider bringing a personal care assistant or family member to accompany you or your child/guest to all events. Our Office of Disabilities is equipped to handle disabilities that require only special transportation and housing.
