Arrival, Parking & Moving In

If you plan to drive to the Reunion please remember that parking in Cambridge is very difficult. In particular, legal parking around Memorial Hall is extremely limited. Therefore, we have made arrangements with Harvard Athletics to reserve space for the Class of 1973. We suggest you drive directly to the athletic area upon arrival in Cambridge. You should park and lock your car and load your belongings into a Reunion shuttle van or bus which will take you and your family to Quincy House. The Student Bellhops at the Parking Lot will have your 35th Reunion Parking Pass, which should be placed in your car's rear window to allow free movement in and out of the Parking Lot at any time. If you come to Cambridge by taxi, please go directly to Quincy House. Bellhops and shuttles will assist you in traveling from Quincy House to your dorm room.

As you no doubt remember, the influx of family members and guests for Commencement activities combine to make the campus particularly lively during this time. Mobility in the Yard and around the Houses tends to be constrained. Therefore, we ask that you use the Reunion shuttle service and bellhops to minimize disruptions to all those enjoying the campus at this busy time.

Student bellhops will be on hand at Quincy House to greet you and assist you through the registration process. Your registration packet will contain your room assignment, a final program guide, a list of registered classmates and their cell phone numbers, any special tickets you may need, and other useful materials.
